The roots of iGrapix Solutions started growing from a small seedling, in the name of, “Universal Softwares “, during December 2001. The main aim for the birth of Universal Softwares is to provide IT training and creating global awareness to the rural community in tirupattur, a town located in South India. Within months, it created a huge impact on the student community in providing comprehensive IT training and self development programs. Our approach towards the development stage of iGrapix was done meticulously and conscientiously by taking calculative steps.
In early 2002 our dynamic team started working for an exclusive social website for tirupattur town and a more credible-sounding domain name for the site was chosen as www.thedaltpt.com. The people of the place were not aware of the historical significance and legacy of the town and in order to propagate to the world about the place, our dedicated research team carried out an extensive case study. The team collected relevant, valuable information about 350 villages and archeological study was made in 220 villages out of 900 villages around tirupattur. This added an exciting feature for the people in knowing the new information about the town. In addition to this, an exclusive-detailed Map along with the information on the Disaster Management System (DMS) and various locations of the town was also prepared. This wonderful experience in gathering the facts of each and every single place enabled us, to absorb the finer secrets of all the great traditions of a place which later helped our team in building strategies for any kind of business and also in providing valuable suggestions.
After completion of the data collection work, the website www.thedaltpt.com was launched successfully on 29/12/2002. Within months of its launch an overwhelming response around the place had created an impact among the people of tirupattur. Through this grand success, our innovative, creative, efforts and strengths came to the limelight and helped Universal Softwares in getting the new web projects from clients and started working for the requirements of four clients. No project as challenging and as extensive as this and our team achieved success, with the help of the genuine understanding and encouragement received from innumerable people, especially those who always had their belief and trust on us.
After the launch of the web site, www.thedaltpt.com received about 1, 20, 000 page impressions within 12 months. Universal Softwares got its recognition as one of the fast growing training and Web development company in the region by the end of the 2nd year. Due to our recognition, educational institutions welcomed us to start intensive training program in web, multimedia, photography and self-development for the students. The company’s client strength went up to 14 and the urban client projects were received while being located in a rural place. For our team, quality in providing the services and satisfying the customers is of prime importance rather than the place of location.
In the year February 2004, after working on several projects, the company extended its services to advertising, print media, graphics designing along with training and Web development because, our clients’ expectations in the areas of advertising, graphics designing, digital media and printing were not fulfilled with quality and perfection by other companies. Our company started providing the extended services with quality for the clients, which helped us to increase the client strength to 25 at the end of the year 2004.
Universal Softwares moved the company’s head quarters to Chennai, the state capital of Tamilnadu, South India in the year 2005. In the same year October 2005, the name Universal Softwares was changed to “iGrapix Solutions”. The reason behind changing the name was of the peoples’ perception on the company as a complete software development firm, rather than a company that can deliver digital media, advertising and Graphics designing services. iGrapix reached customers globally and provided solutions in wide areas. Our Unbending professionalism and great inspiration for success helped us to increase our client strength to 30.
iGrapix increased focus on the global Market and in the year 2006 we had a special moment of joy and pride for the company, because of one great reason that 60% of our client strength during the year was from our global clients. The total client strength of the company moved up to 59. A tremendous increase in web, Print & digital media projects helped iGrapix to achieve this level.
Our company achieved a great milestone of increasing the client strength to 102 at the end of the year2007.
Currently iGrapix Solutions has a select mix of small and large clients from all over the world. iGrapix reached 158 clients with a rapid growth rate and proud to reveal an astonishing fact that the company had grown up to greater heights without any marketing. A never compromise attitude on quality and client satisfaction had made it possible. We enjoy every moment working with clients, interested in creating the best possible solutions for their neds.
